Effective date: [Effective date]
These terms explain the deal between you and us when you buy and use Traderpreneur. Please read them before you buy. If anything is unclear, email us at [Contact email].
1. About us and these terms
The Sigma Trader is a trading name of [Company legal name], a company registered in [England and Wales] with company number [Company number]. Our registered office is [Registered address].
In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean The Sigma Trader. "You" means the person buying or using the course.
These terms apply when you create an account, buy a course or use any part of our website, course platform or tools. Our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Cookie Policy also apply.
You must be 18 or over to buy from us.
2. What you can buy
Traderpreneur is a 12-week online course in mechanical, rules-based forex trading. It comes in two versions:
| Product | What's included | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Traderpreneur Course | The online course, with access to every lesson for 12 months, plus the SigmaJournal, Stats Suite and SigmaDOM tools. | £699.90, paid in full |
| Traderpreneur + Mentorship | Everything in the course, plus 6 one-to-one calls with tailored help. | £1,699.90 paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of £570 (£1,710 in total) |
Prices are in pounds sterling. [Confirm VAT status: "Prices include VAT" or "We are not VAT registered"]
The tools come as part of the course. [Confirm whether tool access ends when course access ends]
3. Buying a course
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Our contract with you starts when we email you to confirm your order. If we cannot accept your order, for example because of a payment problem, we will tell you and will not charge you.
Please check your order before you pay. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as you can.
4. Paying in instalments
You can pay for Traderpreneur + Mentorship in 3 monthly payments of £570, £1,710 in total. Stripe takes each payment automatically from the card you used, one month apart.
With the instalment plan, course content unlocks month by month:
- Month 1 content unlocks after your first payment.
- Month 2 content unlocks after your second payment.
- Month 3 content, and the rest of the course, unlocks after your third payment.
If a payment fails or is missed, your access pauses until that payment is made. We will email you if this happens. Once the payment goes through, your access comes back straight away.
[Confirm: whether paused access also pauses booking or holding mentorship calls]
[Confirm: whether remaining instalments are still owed if you stop paying after the 14-day cooling-off period]
5. Your 12 months of access
You can use the course for 12 months from [the date of your purchase / the date of your first payment]. After that, your access to the course ends.
Time when your access is paused because of a missed instalment still counts towards the 12 months. [Confirm this rule]
We aim to keep the course available at all times, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
6. Mentorship calls
If you buy Traderpreneur + Mentorship, you get 6 one-to-one calls.
- Booking: you book calls through [booking method or tool].
- Length: each call lasts up to [call length, e.g. 45 minutes].
- Where: calls take place online using [video call provider].
- When to use them: all 6 calls must be used within [time period, e.g. your 12 months of access]. Unused calls expire at the end of that period.
- Rescheduling: you can reschedule a call if you give at least [notice period, e.g. 24 hours] notice.
- Missed calls: if you miss a call without notice, [it counts as used / it can be rebooked once].
- If we need to move a call: we will give you as much notice as we can and offer another time. It will not count against your 6 calls.
Mentorship calls are educational. They are not personal financial advice. See section 10.

"The Sigma Trader", "Traderpreneur" and our logos are our brand names. Please do not use them without our written permission.
10. Education, not financial advice
Traderpreneur is education only. Nothing in the course, the tools, the mentorship calls or our other content is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. We do not tell you what to buy or sell, and we do not manage money.
We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to give investment advice. Any trading decisions you make are your own, and you are responsible for them.
Risk warning. Trading forex on margin is high risk and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your deposit. Past, simulated and backtested results do not guarantee future results. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and consider getting independent advice.
We do not promise that you will make money or reach any particular result.
11. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel and get a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how this works and how to ask for a refund.
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
12. Our responsibility to you
We will provide the course with reasonable care and skill. If the digital content is faulty, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, such as a repair, replacement or price reduction.
We are not responsible for:
- any trading losses, or any decisions you make based on what you learn;
- losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you bought the course;
- business losses, such as lost profits or lost opportunities, because the course is for personal education;
- problems caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages or third-party services failing;
- problems with your own device, software or internet connection.
Where the law allows, our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the course.
We do not exclude or limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your rights as a consumer.
13. Suspending or ending access
We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms, for example by sharing your account or copying our content. Where reasonable, we will contact you first and give you a chance to put things right.
If we end your access because you broke these terms, you will not be entitled to a refund, except where the law says otherwise.
If we have to stop offering the course entirely, we will give you reasonable notice and refund you for any access you have paid for but not received.
14. Changes to the course or these terms
We may update the course from time to time, for example to improve lessons or fix mistakes. We will not make changes that significantly reduce what you paid for.
We may update these terms. If we make an important change that affects you, we will tell you by email before it takes effect. The version that applies to your purchase is the one in force when you bought.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first. We will try to sort it out quickly and fairly.
